Exchanges are offered on original orders received back to us within 30 days from the delivery date (i.e. you cannot return an exchange order and receive a second exchange order) and must be processed at the time of requesting your return via the link below
Any exchange requests outside of this rule cannot be processed
Exchange orders will be processed automatically once your return shipment has been received by Australia Post. You will not need to wait for your return to reach our warehouse.
STORE CREDIT (GIFT CARD)
Store Credit (Gift Card) is the default return resolution and offered on all orders received back to us within 30 days from the delivery date
Gift cards have a validity period of 3 years (36 months) and cannot be extended after expiry
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied on previous or existing orders
REFUNDS
Refunds are offered on all orders received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date and will incur a $7.95 postage & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you used multiple payment methods (eg. store credit gift card + PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card/AfterPay/LayBuy), the funds will be reversed to those methods accordingly and it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected at your end.
IMPORTANT INFO
No changes can be made to your return request once you have posted your return. Any changes MUST be requested with our Customer Care team prior to you shipping your return.
All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and shoes in original box/carton.
All domestic returns lodged via the link below will receive a shipping label that must be fixed to the outside of your return package.
We offer free return shipping on all returns opting for a Store Credit (gift card) or Exchange resolution.
Any returns opting for a refund will have the $7.95 postage & handling fee deducted from their refund.
If the customer does not lodge a return via the link below, our Customer Care team will issue a Store Credit on receipt of the return.
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and in accordance with our sustainability goals, we will no longer be providing paper forms in our outgoing parcels. 🍃
Please ensure your name and order number is clearly visible on the return parcel label before sending it back to us. If you are using a return shipping label that was provided by us, your name and order number will already be printed on the label.
